The otherwise-unnamed 314 Cambridge building on the UND campus is currently home to one tenant, KFJM radio. The building has had a variety of uses in the past, with previous tenants such as the UND Conflict Resolution Center and the Dakota Student campus newspaper. A new guide to the history and architecture of Grand Forks' Riverside neighborhood has been published by the city's Historical Preservation Commission. It includes several now-and-then photographs of distinctive neighborhood homes, such as 1701 Lewis Boulevard in about 1907 and 2011. A photo of the recently restored Riverside swimming pool is featured on the cover.
